Martin Criticises Proposal for Traffic Signals at Toll Bar Roundabout

During questions to the Leader of the House, David Lidington MP, Martin raised the issue of a proposal by North East Lincolnshire Council to install traffic signals at Toll Bar roundabout. Martin went on to ask the minister for a debate in the House on local authority spending.
